OUR STORY
Barbecue has been woven into the fabric of my life since childhood, thanks to the countless hours spent cooking alongside my father. In Filipino culture, barbecue is more than just a meal - it’s a way to bring family together. This love for barbecuing followed me throughout life, where it not only became a cherished hobby but also created amazing meals for my growing family. What started as a Father’s Day gift for my husband in 2019 quickly evolved into an organic passion for smoking food, and that’s where the journey of Enzo’s Craft Barbecue began.
THE HEART BEHIND
ENZO'S CRAFT BARBECUE
Founded in August 2023, Enzo’s Craft Barbecue is named in honor of our beloved Cane Corso, Enzo Ferrari. Enzo joined our family after a cross-country journey from Maryland, finding his forever home with us. Sadly, a year into our time together, Enzo was diagnosed with idiopathic epilepsy. Managing his condition has been a challenge, but with the right care and medication, Enzo regained his quality of life for another year and a half of fighting his disease. And our family was lucky enough to gain a few more memories with him. On August 6, 2024, Enzo tragically lost his battle to epilepsy. Enzo will forever be remembered as our loyal guardian, bestest boi, and the light of our lives. His spirit will continue to inspire everything we do at Enzo’s Craft Barbecue.
